Ingredients:

.1onion, chopped
.2garlic cloves,minced
.curry powder
.cumin
.400ml of coconut milk 🌴

.salt to taste
.cooked rice
Instructions :
1-In a large pot,heat oil and saute onions and garlic until soft.
2-Add curry powder and cumin for 1 minute.
3-Add the chickpeas,coconut milk,and vegetables
4-lower the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes,unitl the vegetables are tender and the flavors are combined
5-serve hot with rice.
